Catedratica!
It´s official… I am a university teacher (catedratica in Spanish)! I have my first class, Teaching Techniques, tomorrow morning at 9:40am. I´m a little nervous but I know it´ll be fine. Not to mention it´s the intro day, which means I´ll spend a good part of the day just getting to know the students, gauging their English level, introducing the course content, and going over the syllabus. I don´t know, though, it just sounds a little scary: UNIVERSITY. Also, I´ve heard I can have up to 60 students most of whom will be my age or older! I know the content very well though. Thanks BGSU + MIIS! I´m going in with confidence! Here we go…
